RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Overview
At Camara Bridge International Ltd, we deal in natural gemstones and related products. Due to the unique and delicate nature of these items, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined below.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
2. Inspection Period (3 Days Only)
Customers are required to inspect their order within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
- Any issue must be reported within this period
- After 3 days of confirmed delivery, all sales are final
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted after this period
3. Eligibility for Returns (Within 3 Days Only)
Returns may only be considered if:
- The item received is significantly different from the description, OR
- The wrong item was delivered
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must not be altered, cut, polished, or resold
- Proof (photos/videos) must be provided
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Custom-cut or customized gemstones
- Bulk / wholesale parcels (unless agreed otherwise in writing)
- Items that have been altered, cut, or used
- Sale or discounted items (if stated as final sale)
5. Refund Conditions
If a return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our conditions.
6. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
7. Important Disclaimer (Gemstones)
Due to the natural nature of gemstones:
- Variations in color, clarity, inclusions, and shape are normal
- Images and videos are provided as accurately as possible but may differ slightly due to lighting or screen settings
- Rough gemstones are sold as-is and may contain natural imperfections
These factors do not qualify as defects and are not valid reasons for returns.
8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be considered within the 3-day period only, subject to availability.
9. Late Claims
Any claims made after the 3-day inspection period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
